Why can't I break free

I've been struggling with depression since I can remember my family doesn't believe in depression my husband has depression of his own but chooses to ignore it until he blows up in rage,and all I seem to be able to do is sit there and watch myself die inside I know something has to charge but how do I get myself to start charging why do I feel so alone in a room full of people. I have panic attacks that I practically give to myself I think don't over react breath breath it's nothing serious...
