It is caused by hormones in our bodies called serotonin, dopamine, or norepinephrin. When we experience too many life stressors, or a trauma (like the sudden death of a loved one) or sometimes for reasons we can't even figure out, our bodies can become depleted inone of these hormones, that affect our central nervous system! It can cause fatigue, or inability to sleep, deep feelings of guilt or sadness, physical pain, etc!!
Take an anti depressant! :)
I found it difficult to accept that i needed one, but over time, it helped me SO MUCH!!! It took a while, but i slowly got back to my "old self".
Let me ask you this: if you found out you were diabetic, would you take insulin?
Of course!
So take a positive step in the direction towards healing.
Get counselling if you can.
Exercise when and if you can.
Spend time with friends/ people who love you.
Church lifts me up too.
I hope that whatever is causing you to feel the way you do sets itself free so you can get back to being yourself. Stay positive and maybe try to surround yourself with positive things and uplifting people.
