  Hi all. Been awhile since ive been around and I don't usually post often but I find myself today in need of some advice/support and this seems like a good place to reach out.   Hello everyone. I'm new here and was hoping to gain insight as to whether you all have found this to be a helpful/supportive place. I currently deal with depression issues on and off. I have days and even weeks where I will be completely fine but then out of nowhere I will go down fast. My thoughts become so negative it can be overwhelming to deal with. This coupled with my anxiety can be a toxic mix and I'm hoping to find people who can relate and possibly provide advice and support.

  Hello all. I'm new to this site and just wanted to find out if you all have found this to be a helpful/supportive place. I am currently dealing with ongoing issues surrounding anxiety. Its an everyday struggle for me and unfortunately I have had little luck with in person therapy. I was just hoping to find people who understand and who may be able to provide some insight on how you deal with it.
