  I've stayed as busy as I can be but as soon as I stop I start have depressing thoughts again... any suggestions welcome

  So I took the advice of a few people on here and have decided to stay busy the last few days. It's helped slightly with my depressive state but it seems like I'm missing something. I've always been an introvert so living alone now after my breakup doesn't bother me, but even though I'm well over my ex it still feels like I'm missing a part of my identity somehow and I can't recover from it.
