  I posted a few days ago, but it just seems like everything is getting worse. I went to something that in the past has given me so much joy and was my last hope but now causes more pain then happiness. I don't know what to do when the last thing that made me happy, does not anymore.

  I don't know what to do anymore. The last few weeks have been really hard for me and I have thought about suicide many times. In the last year I have gone through a lot and nothing seems to get better. I thought 2018 was going to better for me that things were going to change but it has been the worst and its only the first month.   I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like I am drowning, feel like I am just going through the day so it can end. I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel and I am not sure I ever will.
