  yesterday I went to see my family doctor regarding my anxiety.  He prescribed Prozac for it and I don't know if that'll be any help.  I have yet to start taking it since I'm not sure of the side effects- it may have.i've been getting a crazy amount of mood swings- so here's hoping it'll help.has anyone taken this for Anxiety before? If so did it help??

  I just am feeling so terrible.  My dad has been in a good mood.  That is the only good thing.  When he is upset and or frustrated- he'll raise his voice and sometimes even yell at me. He gets frustrated and upset quite easily too.  My dad also can be controlling and bossy.  I don't tell my parents about my struggles since they'd overreact which I can't handle.  It'd be too much.   Even if I told mom- she'd tell dad.  That is not fair even if I told her not too- she'd still go and tell...

  lately, I have been getting a crazy amount of mood swings.  I'm happy then the next minute that can all change- to anxious or frustrated or upset and or feeling tearful.  I've also been lashing out at people and getting frustrated more than I have before.  This all scares me.   I was diagnosed with OCD a few years ago- but maybe I have more than OCD.   I just feel like such a wreck. It's not fun.   I've been talking to a therapist behind my parents back.   Had my 4th session with her...
