Status: I have had many emotions today, and it's been a difficult day. I have difficulty sleeping every night because I take paxil and I have trauma from my past. I feel a lot of pain in my heart because of the past.

I currently just started counseling because my future father-in-law passed away from brain cancer. Also, my mom abused me for over 30 years. I have not had healthy relationships with my fathers. I was in bad relationships with men previously, but I currently have a healthy relationship with my fiance`. I have a lot of pain in my heart from the past. I get easily startled, and I have PTSD. I also have anxiety when there is too much stress in my life. I have some anger, but it has improved. I am more focused going to school, working, and volunteering as a Counselor. I feel I have improved being more independent. I do not have healthy relationships with my family members and they do not talk to me. I am pursuing my bachelors in psychology of applied behavioral analysis. I want to pursue my masters in mental health counseling. I want to be a counselor. I enjoy technology, like my IMac, Ipad, and Iphone. I love to listen to music to help keep me calm, especially inspirational music or Christian music. I love to watch life time movie network movies on youtube, I like watching tv shows, and true story movies. I am very social and I like to talk a lot. I am very ambitious and goal oriented. I like to look at fashion magazines, celebrity magazines, and celebrity news. I like watching youtube videos about self-improvement or Christianity. I am currently a teacher that teaches English as a Second Language, and I work from home.
