  So I've been lying for ten years now, well I should say I've been a constant liar since I was thirteen. Every child has little lies because they don't want to get into trouble or they want to seem cool to ssomeone but at thirteen I was lying to my entire family and myself and I was taught how to lie and get away with it.   Hi, I'm new to this site just started today. I am a liar, it is messing up my marriage and i need it to stop sometimes i do it without even knowing and then once I realize I worry if I say anything I'll look horrible for it. I was taught to lie when I was younger. I was sexually assaulted and forced to lie and cover it up for a year. it became second nature to me after a while. I was told if you believe it then its the truth. Now I lie all the time about the most ridiculous things like me...
