  i can’t really recall a time where i recollected my thoughts on a sheet of paper or a online document so here it goes: hello i don't know if anyone will read this but i'm just gonna talk. It’d be cool to have a friend to ‘confide’ in about these types of things. I don’t think i’ve found the right person yet. Maybe i never well, and that’s okay. Maybe it’s not as important as others make it out to be. But yeah i don’t think i’ve ever had one of those conversations i hear...

  i am taking two medications that have helped a great amount, but there are still feelings of lonliness. i can't barely admit to my own family that i have problems. i tell them that i just, "need more sleep than the average person". My mom has started to catch on, my sleeping habits are far from normal. I've spent so much time inside that I have developed a vitamin D defficiency. I've never looked so pale. i try my best to seek help but therapy makes me feel worse. sometimes i feel i'm better...
