i really cant decide if my meds reduction is going well or not. I feel... numb, then ok, then depressed, then ok, then numb, then bored, then irritated, then hyped.... u get the drift. Im not suicidal and i have no thoughts of harming myself so i guess its not going badly?
My cpn commented on my lack of concentration a bit though when i was talking to him this morning. But was early and i hadnt slept well cos of pain. My excuse anyway!
ptsd wise i just numb and zone out so its not bothering me too much right now.

Upon his departure, he remarked, "I am in many people’s pockets; no one will believe you." Have you ever grappled with the silence that follows sexual assault, where the perceived impossibility of being believed necessitates self-censorship?

Just wanted others perspective on my behaviour recently just incase im missing anything.
I would not sleep or think very clearly, or even get any usefulness without the meds I am on.
Pain is a big trigger for me, since each part that hurts has a memory of some sort of abusive or aggressive action. That fuels the anxiety, and the RA ,Fibro, affecting my diabetes...each feeding the other, swirling everything out of control before I realized that it started. Then it takes longer and more work to get it back on a livable level.
If you haven't already make a calendar and date any changes in meds, other substance and your moods. Maintain the calendar at least two months, since many behavioral and cognitive problems can't be tested in a medical way. They are done mostly by self report.
There only a few tests where results have been linked to behaviors or feelings, and they were found by accident, looking for a different reason.
It may help your doctor adjust meds for better effectiveness.
Hugs if it's a good day, take advantage of it and do some good for you.
