  Its been a bit over a year now since we broke up. Next month marks both 2 years since I found out and what would have been our 6th year anniversary. I actually found out on the night of our 4th year anniversary.I took a job in a town half way across the state and left before people really started finding out about my ex's transition.Life is very different now. I got to have the chance to start over completely fresh. I have new friends and a new boyfriend... but sometimes I just get blow over by...

  So my partner came out to me in April of this year. I love them with all of my heart but I'm not attracted to females, I'm not attracted to them when they present as a female and I honestly don't want to live the rest of my life in a lesbian relationship. I want to have the chance of getting married (same sex marriage still isn't legal where I live, hopefully it'll be legalised soon), having children and I want to be with a man.Me and my partner have been through so much in the past few months...

  I've been with my partner for about 4 and a half years now and he (still using male pronouns) is honestly my best friend. About 6 months ago he told me that he thinks that he might be transgender and that he wants to explore these feelings. He's now fairly sure that he is a girl and I think he wants to start openly living as a girl on a more full time basis. I'm a straight women who is not romantically or sexually attracted to women.
