  Does anyone know of any good DBT workbooks, or any resources in general that may be beneficial to someone who gets the basic idea of ir but had to quit going to classes?Also, I know absolutely nothing about meditation, but I think it'd be a good thing to learn to do right now. Any books, good youtube channels, ect that may help me out?

  Ok so I posted this in the bipolar board too. (Bipolar 1 with psychosis) I was diagnosed with PTSD as well about a year and a half ago.Here's what's going on.... for months and months I can't take a nap because a voice always wakes me up. It's almost like sleep paralysis, only when I sit up, the voice still goes on for a second. It's always saying my name. A couple of times it screamed my name.   Ok so I'll be posting this in the PTSD board too. I gotsta know....Whenever I fall asleep  (not everytime, but it happens a lot). I doze off and I'm woken up by someone walking around or saying my name. They've screamed my name a few times. And once I heard "you're gonna die". It's more like sleep paralysis than a dream. And often times I even sit up and I'll still hear whatever it is that woke me up for a few seconds.I guess my question is for those with psychosis. Has this ever happened to...

  If you've taken it, did it work?MAIN QUESTION : Did it help you sleep? And did you have nightmares?I've been having problems with nightmares, paranoia, a little psychosis lately (been catching myself), and sleep. The nightmares and insomnia are from the PTSD I have along with bipolar type 1 w/psychosis.
