Ok so I'll be posting this in the PTSD board too. I gotsta know....
Whenever I fall asleep (not everytime, but it happens a lot). I doze off and I'm woken up by someone walking around or saying my name. They've screamed my name a few times. And once I heard "you're gonna die".
It's more like sleep paralysis than a dream. And often times I even sit up and I'll still hear whatever it is that woke me up for a few seconds.
I guess my question is for those with psychosis. Has this ever happened to you, and what the fuck is it? Why is this happening? It's gone on for months and it's driving me up the fucking wall. Like, can I please just get a god damn nap in?

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

They are either really frightening or really stupid (I was once attacked by a small fuschia bush under the bed covers).
Some meds can trigger more of them - but they have nothing to do with psychosis and healthy people get them.
