  My pdoc recently added Buspar 5mg for anxiety. I’ve taken it every day since I got out of the hospital and I’ve also had horrible nausea. Could it be because of the fact that I literally ate VERY little the week I was inpatient. Or is it more likely the Buspar? I haven’t been eating more than I did pre-hospital. But maybe my stomach is unsettled because my eating habits changed so dramatically. Idk. Help.

  I’m amazed. I just took a shower and I feel very well. It’s awesome how little things like that can pick you up. Or calm you down. I’ve had a busy day and the shower was so relaxing. Please remind me of this in the future! Lol!

  Wow. So I ended up in the ER. With a huge self inflicted gash on my left forearm that just barely avoided serious hand surgery. Of course, I was admitted to the psych unit. Spent three days. My boyfriend called and visited and brought clothes, etc. Tuesday was my appointment with my psychiatrist, the one my boyfriend was going to go with me. I was released early enough that day to still make it. The pdoc in the hospital didn’t change my medication at all, but my outpatient pdoc did. Added...
