I hate how bipolar two makes work and relationships hard, or impossible. I know that my job performance is affected, more than I wish sometimes. I am not so hopefully this will have a I keep my job outcome.
I have not told them about the bipolar.
I have not been able communicate with h.r. in the past, and very recently.
And when I respond it is the same as digging my own grave.

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...

This was a struggle that I had as well...... xo
Too !many feelings, and flash backs.
This has happened before. And the pattern is nearly the same. And I try, and miserably fail to try to do things differently, but that does not seem to change the fact that bipolar undermines my attempts to have relationships and get a job that is more than retail ,
And I burn out and when it ended badly I the past, it gets harder to get past and recover from it.
I don't feel strong. I feel like I am crumbling on the inside. Not sure how to be okay if it I can be okay.
I know its hard but try to go easier on yourself. Life is hard sometimes and for us it's even harder. You have to keep up the good fight.
