  Once upon a time...there was a child hidden in an adult body.  A very scared child who covered her eyes and wished she was brave and face the world.  Everyday she would wake up and not look at herself and everynight she would go to sleep not looking forward to the morning.  The most important thing in her world was her own child.  She felt that she was living a lie because she was getting up every morning as a child in an adults body.

  that's what I think it is.  Or something just like that.  I know I need to stop but I keep eating and eating I want to look good and feel goodbut there's too much information on what to do and not to.its so overwhelming I want to fix it but I need to change mind set and have the right people and support around mewhat do you think?
