I will join! I am a working mom. I need to get back in shape. Since the birth of my daughter I keep putting it off. I'm need my energy back, and I know it would help my mood to work out. I just need to get motivated. Lets motivate each other : ) Have you started the challenge yet? What kind of workouts are you doing?
hope you don't mind me offering a bit of advice when i need to get back on the straight and narrow again i try this i try baby steps to get back into it just walk round the block twice take me ten mins if that and then leave it for another two days., then do same again. Maybe try one day off naughty things and one day eating naughty things alternate it so it doesn't feel such a challenge. It just gets you back into good habits but slowly.
I really need some support right now also
I can help out or try to.
I am really over eating at night time when I am alone
I used to go to gym but am not and can't get myself to do any kind of exercise really
I can feel the fat loading on
But I keep eating and not exercising at all
I have never really enjoyed exercising to be honest I suppose
But I really think if I have a support person or friends that know a bit about how I might feel then o think I can change things around
So just reply to this if you are interested
NOT exercising caused my body to become elderly, stiff, all kinds of issues. I couldn't stand up without yelling in pain. The only real cure is exercise.
I forced my lazy depressed self, knowing no one around here, down to the 24/7 gym. They have access to virtual classes, I can go when it's not busy in the class room, dial in my preferred class. A projector screen drops - and there's my class.
I force myself to go three times per week. I can do a class, the dreadmill, or both. Three times a week is a lot more than nothing and honestly I feel better after a mere 6 weeks.
We can do this.
For me, it's exercise or get a wheel chair.
