  Hi everyone, So glad to find this group. I am new to food addiction in the sense of over eating but have had a bad relationship with food and used to obsess with calorie counting so that I guess was the opposite end of where I am now.   On tuesday I am getting a liver biopsy and have to stop my xarelto dose today and for one week after my biopsy. I am scared to do this as I am on xarelto for life after 2 unprovoked pe last one on june 14th anyone have experience stopping xarelto for an invasive procedure and know what the risks are my dr was not very informative as she had not done the procedure on a person as young as I am (31) on blood thinners nor on a person on xarelto. Any advice would be great.

  I was clumsy and banged the back of my head on the frame of the car door while getting out my hand slipped it was hard enough to see stars and now i have a headache still 9 hours later. I debated going to the hospital but didnt really want to wait a long time to be told to go home and watch for... now of course im second guessing my decision as i read now that all head bumps should be evaluated immediately if on blood thinners... anyone have any advice on this matter i dont know if I should go...

  Hi everyone, I had gone to emergency and gotten a ct a few weeks back that was negative a few days later mh d dimer was checked that was 900 I go in for a vq scan tomorrow of my lungs but am only 31 and have had no joke about 28 ct scans in my life not including all x rays and  owner vq scans I don't feel well but am unsure if it's pe or not I'm really not wanting this scan if it's avoidable anyone know if I would be having symptoms of pe much worse three weeks after dinner dimer?? Please help...

  Hi there, survivors and those who knew someone that suffered from this terrifying thing I am new here and so greatful I found a group like this. In August of 2016 I suffered from bi lateral PE moderate burden which went under diagnosed until I couldn't even walk with out almost collapsing from shortness of breathe and tachycardia i was complaining of chest pain for a long time before hand but wad blown off due to pregnancy.
