  Hey everyone. Im a 36yo male thats overweight and dealing with incontinence. Im trying to lose anywhere from 20 to 30 pounds and get fit for myself and my family. Is anyone familiar with this diet and what is the best route to take. Thank You

  Sometimes I feel like I have more accidents when I wear diapers. But recentely I have been having even more uncontrollable leaking. I now do pelvic physio. Also doing massages and physiotherepy while wearing diapers. Its not getting easier. I am so scared offlyi g and doing everyday things in just regular underwear :(

  So I took a Viagara pill the other day and I thought I would last so much longer. But after a few minutes maybe 4 to 5 I came. Does anybody know if Cialis would be better or adding a cock ring or some other thing. I want to last longer to give my wife an orgasm. Im starting to hate sex. Im 36yo

  Hey everyone Im 36 yo and I have urge i incontinence. I have full flow which makes me need to wear large capacity diapers. I choose the Abena M4 diaper. Sometimes during work I wear depends real underwear. But I know its always the drives that get me. Anyways I am doing Pelvic Physiotherepy now and its great.
