Hey everyone Im 36 yo and I have urge i incontinence. I have full flow which makes me need to wear large capacity diapers. I choose the Abena M4 diaper. Sometimes during work I wear depends real underwear. But I know its always the drives that get me.
Anyways I am doing Pelvic Physiotherepy now and its great. The doctor will do both an internal and external test. Im a male so after the external test she goes internal with a finger or two in my anal canal. I know that sounds horrible, but your not there for any arousal its all about feeling the muscles and which ones are tight or loose and in pain.
After testing she found out that my muscles are tight. So this week I have two appointments with her. She also gave me a breathing video to follow.
Dont be scared to do physiotherapy. They are professional and enjoy helping people like us. They have seen it all. From adults wearing pads to diapers to nothing at all. They want to help you and me
