  Only four months into separation from Husband after 25 years.  Many days I am still heartbroken.  Missing him.  He is off every chance he gets travelling (he has way more $$$ than I do). . . . with his 'travelling companion'.  Yah whatever.  I have been hanging on for chance . .. slight chance of reconcilation and repair of our marriage.  But coming to the realization that I need to let go and move on.  He is not going to change.  And the disrespect of taking that horrible woman on...

  on a high and loving it.  gonna ride it as long as I can today.  Up at 330 in the am journaling.  Acceptance of my role in the break down of the marriage.  Very empowering!  Continuing with therapy to heal and repair myself - from the break up and childhood issues.  Will not repeat the same mistakes.  I can see why I chose my husband - both of us - so many similar issues stemming from our childhoods.  I embrace this opportunity to grow and become the best version of myself from all of...

  man alive I am all over the place.  My journal entries from the morning to afternoon. . heck from one hour to the next change dramatically!   Right now very scared. .. scared of being alone, scared financially, scared of him moving on, scared I will never get over this pain  :-(  :-(We both are splitting amicably (ish).  It just seems that he is getting over this. . .while I am still (most times) ripped apart at the seams  ;-(  One day, I know we are better off apart. .. .it just sucks...

  Still in early stage of separation after 24 years - only about one month in.   But very amicable split.  We love each other but don't want to continue hurting each other.  I am plunging myself into intensive weekly therapy to properly heal and mend my issues from the past.  I am going deep starting from my childhood ... year by year. .. great therapist.  Need to find out why I have such low self esteem, and seek happiness and approval from outside sources - which have caused me to be...
