  I really am tired of starting over all the time. I want a life that seems to be so out of my reach and I'm getting discouraged with life all together. How can I achieve the life I want? I've been desiring it for my whole life now I'm 30 and sick of starting over to find that life.

  I have been in an up and down relationship with my current boyfriend. My family hates him and my social circle consists of him and my best friend. Everytime he and I break up I get healthier then ever physically. Lose weight focus on exercise and food. When we get back together my symptoms are magnified and the care for myself is out the window. I want to move on I need to move on to be healthy but I am so afraid of starting over.   So this is hard for me......my entire life I have struggled with my weight. I am the oldest of four girls. Every single one of my sisters is naturally thin.   I have found an amazing remedy to my thoughts running my mind. Audiobooks! I work an hour away from the house. I usually spent that time trying to quiet my mind (loud music, open windows, phone calls) I've always given audiobooks to my struggling students however I tried it myself and I am addicted! Not only am I catching up with books I've wanted to read, but my mind seems to be quiet and super focused on the story. A very small very helpful thing to celebrate this week :)
