I have been in an up and down relationship with my current boyfriend. My family hates him and my social circle consists of him and my best friend. Everytime he and I break up I get healthier then ever physically. Lose weight focus on exercise and food. When we get back together my symptoms are magnified and the care for myself is out the window. I want to move on I need to move on to be healthy but I am so afraid of starting over. So afraid to let someone else know about my diagnosis and so afraid to let anyone else in. Above all I love this man more then anyone or anything I've ever encountered. We find each other even when it seems impossible. We have defied so many odds. I am so conflicted about this. My symptoms are triggered by arguments with him or my parents about him. He's the common denominator. But my heart is all him is that worth throwing away??

Some things we don't talk about, we breathe them... Some things cannot be explained, but rather experienced. Some of the most healing moments arise when given the memory, acknowledging the love. One cannot go back in time; we move forward, and we carry the love we shared. I've been feeling like I don't matter my wife the other day instead of telling me she was having a pain day when I went to have sex with her she tell me afterwards that she having pain day due to her fribromyalgia and making feel like shit afterward saying she has a list of things from past 9 years of thing for me to do and is always adding more and more to this list and talk...

I have been in your shoes and I am sorry to say you need to let go and not move on right yet give it time. I was there my parents hated my ex so bad that they would attempt to kick me out. He was always horrible to deal with. I went for the spiral of a lifetime. I ended up admitting myself into the ER. I couldn't do it as he played games with me knowing what would trigger me. I loved that man whole heartedly we were engaged. But you have to think about you. I have a better relationship with my parents now. I am happier. I have more friends. I don't put up with toxic people in my life. It was the best decision I ever made was to walk away. It's all up to you and everyone is different. You will find what works for you and I hope this helps a little on making your decision.

That being said you are an adult.... I would stop talking to your family about your relationship with him if you don't want them interfering IF that's what's happening
If you want to work it out and your family want's to have an opinion.... I think I would start to set some healthy boundaries .... Big hug.....xo
