  My husband left me 8 weeks ago after I discovered he was having an affair. I am heartbroken and struggling to eat and sleep - the emotional stress and pain is overwhelming. I think I am having a break down

  Hi - I am new to this site and hoping for support and helpMy husband left me 6 weeks ago and I am stuggling to cope - I have never suffered with anxiety before but find myself paralised by emotional strees and extreme anxiety - it comes in waves and is crippling... please can someone help me to understand whats happening to me
