  Usually I am super lonely and no one really wants to talk to me, I usually try to busy myself just so I don't feel like I need to ever think about how I am doing, cause it is usually poorly-- and then I go down roads of spiraling out of control, which I think most people here can empatise with.   SO little bit of history/backstory...I am in college in a place that is thousand of miles from home. I have made so many friends that I love and care about but most of them are what I call 'surface level' friends, those that you talk to just at class, about the homework, and I really despreetly want to get to know them better but there just isn't a great opportunity to get to know them better, no real reason for me to open up or to hug them like i honestly fanasize about. man that is the thing...

  So I have one main friend, and I am unable to open up to her because I am terrified of her rejecting me or trying to fix me and what not. but I just am always wanting her to still be close to me, but she wants me to open up but her way of trying me to open up just makes me shut down... and I always feel awful about this and this is making me sprial and now spending time with her makes me so exhosted when she used to be one of the people I went to when I was already tired and needing a reacharge...

  OH gosh, I am so confused this morning I was totally fine, I thought I was doing well, and Like I have a test and I am a bit stressed about that, but I have struggled for years with self harm (I scratch my skin till I bleed or have open sores- it is terrible.... and I feel guilty when I do it) and Right now I try my best to be a good friend but I upset my roomate, cause I am stressed and now all I want to do is dig my fingernails into my skin and I have zero Ideas on how to deal with this I am...
