  I'm 16 years old and live in a small town in Canada. Over the years I've developed anxiety and S.A.D. I can't talk to my mom and the doctors don't understand. I don't have money to pay for a councillor either. But I really need help and change. I am overweight (195lbs) and I'm hurt constantly. I'm a dancer and also have to have a gym class this semester which is insanely hard. I don't like being who I am or the way my body is shaped. But my mental state is not at a place where I can do anything...

  I posted this on the SAD support group page but I didn't receive as much comments as I would have liked. It just wasn't helpful enough. "Okay, so this is my first time ever reaching out to anybody on the internet.
