  Well, overall I'm feeling pretty good about the way things are going. My urges are all but gone. I don't use the internet for any sins anymore. My health is still a focal point and I'm down near 20 lbs. during my first month of weight loss focus. I just feel like things are really turning around for me in a positive direction. My thoughts of sadness or loneliness have died down for sure, just focused on being a better me. My 2nd counseling session is tonight, I'm open to it but worried that...

  Did my best today not to feel numb. When there's no family down here and your friends get you nothing (mostly my fault I suppose) it's just tough to think. So I didnt think about it much and just tried to ignore it. Hope Christmas 17 is better, I need to be better.

  Found out Holly died today. She was the 3rd mother figured I've had in my life. (my mom, my best friend's mom, and her) I hope she's at peace now and she will be missed. I feel terrible that my sexual sins and depression and the battles of those that have gotten better the last two weeks...but i feel terrible that my past is keeping me from supporting Ryan and his family during this time.   Had a decent day, ate 2000 calories but burned 400 off on the elliptical. Too many calories for me but i've had a lot worse of days. Played gta V for hours tonight, racing is addicting and fun to do with Robbie. Today was a good day. Going to watch That '70s show for some laughs and then watch The OA for a night cap. Great show.

  Feel pretty darn good about today. Ate very well, having only about 4 carbs and well less than 1000 calories. Just got back from the men's support group and it was another useful session. Definitely prefer support group healing method over therapy. I'm definitely accepting who I am and working on improving that every day. I like who I am, no matter what others may think of me. Their opinions do not matter. I am finally doing what's right for me. Again my main focus is living with less sexual...

  What's most important to me is not letting any fetish i have affect how I interact with people in my life on a daily basis. I also want to improve my self-esteem and reverse my negative image of my body. My first focus has been a success for over a week now, I am proud of that. Even though i barely have anyone to talk to. I had a good week last week and for the month had lost 16 lbs., but the last 3 days i've been at or over my calorie intake goal of only 1700 a day. So tomorrow i hit the reset...

  Had a weekend where i felt like i returned to some old unhealthy habits. Not eating as strict as I was, and not living completely free from sexual sin. Tonight was my first therapy session. I did not find it as helpful as my support group. I felt judged instead of helped. Hope my 2nd therapy session goes better on 1/2/17, but we will have to see. I feel like he didnt bring anything to the table that was not already there. I'm starting to realize that I am the biggest help that I can received....

  1 week into a healthier, better me. Last night the Christmas party went well. Was so nice to be around co-workers and friends and around the ocean. The dinner was so fancy it blew my mind, it was lovely. This morning I woke up and talked to my dad for a couple hours. Told him i was getting some adult therapy to deal with my depression and socializing problems. It was a good talk. Happy to have support of family and friends.
