  I go to a pretty large college. Like around 30,000 students. He goes there too. We'be been broken up nine months now and it still hurts like yesterday. But today was unlike anything I could've prepared myself for. I saw him today with another girl. In the same eating location where we used to go. I was eating there with some friends, not even thinking about ever seeing him there again. But there he was.   19 years old and just diagnosed with bipolar type 2. Feeling scared but somewhat hopeful I will be on the right meds. I don't want this. I just want to scream. I want to be a person without mental illness. After meeting with my psychologist today she really wants me hospitalized bc I have suicide plans. Nothing concrete, just detailed ideas of how I'd do it, but no when. The thought of a hospital scares me though. I just want to be a regular college student. I don't want this. I don't want to...

  Meeting with a therapist soon. Hoping they will be able to help me, it's kind of my last resort. I've never felt so low in my life. All over a breakup? I see all of my friends who have gone through breakups, and they were fine after a month or two. Even my ex is doing well, more successful than ever with a new girl in his life too.   With the holidays, my emotions have been all over the place. Trying to find joy in spending time with family and great friends. But the places where he used to be are so empty and cold.   been engaging in reckless behavior so it doesn't look like a suicide,but just a fatal accident. My mind is so dark and twisted, I don't think I'll ever come back.

  been having a rough couple of weeks. I haven't had more than a few bites in days. Almost passed out in the morning. Can only handle liquids. As food makes me nauseous. What can I do to make sure I'm getting some nutrients. I don't want to get physically sick as well as mentally sick as well. I feel like such a failure.

  i was abusive and controlling and u see now why he broke up with me. IDK why I'm like this???? Never been abused or witnessed it. And I love that man more than anything. So why am I so toxic and destructive. I want help. It was all my fault, and I take full blame. But now I'm feeling so suicidal for ruining a GREAT thing. I pushed the most kind,selfless, caring and gentle man away. And I wouldn't dare expect him to take me back. Hell no. I wouldn't take me back. I feel so disgusted with myself!...
