  I feel ill, almost as if the anxiety has turned into the worse cancer. I have no energy I'm burnt out. I need to get up and leave everything behind but dont know how. I have a family and a son. I can't leave him but I can't keep leaving in the situation I'm in.

   have been suffering from anxiety and panic amongst other things for the last 10 years. I've tried to do much with little relief and I just want help. I want my life back. I feel weak both physically and mentally. I don't feel anymore, I just dont know what to do anymore.
