I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting back.
Walking greatly improves my mental health too. I'm feeling less irritable and depressed after walking.
I want this to be a support thread for people who exercise and eat healthy so if you do any of that post here!

It was at the university that I graduated from. I was very excited...

I'm so depressed right now it's overwhelming, my mom might not make it, she has been there for me through my depression and anxiety, when no one else was. My siblings don't give any support and jus say I'm crazy. They are ignorant and cold when it comes to mental health. I feel so alone now knowing she won't be there to talk too and try to understand best she could, Always loving without...

Then I forced myself to so I can keep walking and not end up back in my wheelchair and I walked the dog for 1.4 km, believe it or not. In pain but I keep walking!! Yay!!
Now my health care aide has asked me to go to walking every other day like you do. I may do that, but I want to keep walking and not end up back in a wheelchair again. Plus, walking every day is part of my Daily Strength, my PTSD recovery. We'll see.
