I walked 3 miles this week and worked outside for 2 hours.
Hey, isn't THREE miles a little more than usual for you? For some reason it seems that way to me. Sounds good.
But I'm shaken up a little. When I went to walk Bonita today a neighbor's dog broke off of his leash and tried to attack her. I had to fend him off with my cane. I don't like doing that for the dog nor as a neighbor. Yeesh
I'm doing ok today because I've had four good CKD days in a row as to my feet, so I've been able to get out and walk once a day with no problem. But the nerves are dying in my hands now, not just my feet, and it really hurts so badly that it kept me up half of the night last night. Glad I can walk, though.
I moved some stuff in the house yesterday when I was rained in, and one thing I moved to store in a new place was that wheelchair I was in 3 times last year. So glad I haven't needed it once yet this year and we're nearing the end of 2024's 8th month. I'm still standing! Yay!
I walked 1 mile, hiked 4 miles and worked outside for 2 hours last week. I have a lot of anxiety and trouble getting out of my apartment and especially driving new places so it's really good I've driven up in the mountains for hikes.
I've got anxiety and trouble getting out of my apartment, too. I can't drive any more, but I do live in the mountains here in Mexico They're lovely.
