Muji. Take care of that leg. Walking indoors was smart. You might have that leg checked out. I feel stupid sharing this, but one time I was late for a dog show and my handler was waiting, I twisted my ankle on the edge of my driveway trying to rush. I rushed to the show and my whole leg was throbbing. I made an appt for the next day thinking I had a bad sprain, but I actually broke my tibia. It’s always good to check.
I paced around indoors today and yesterday.
Good news, though: I weighed in and I've lost 4 pounds this week. YAY! I'm keeping the weight loss surgery pounds off STILL. :-) My surgeon said I'd gain 10 pounds back in 1 year after my total weight loss. Nope. ::-) It's been 2 years now and I've only gained 6 pounds back and have held there steady. YAY!
Now if the weather would allow, I'd really love to walk tomorrow, not for my weight's sake but just for the cool mental health benefit I enjoy from it. Fingers crossed.
I paced around yesterday and today.
I graduated off the splint and physical therapy on Wednesday. I’m ready to start short walks depending on pain level. I never knew how intense replacement could be. Especially with 5 prior surgeries. Fingers crossed, I am going to try to walk this weekend.
