The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

Checking in doing good trying to stay on top work and what not, staying honest and going strong so far. tomorrow well be end of week and I want to complete that and start all over again, So far mid month and I made it, continuing to show good progress.

Just checking in today. Going on day number 5 of lie free. It was a tough day yesterday but I did it, I told the truth and it felt good! Just taking it one day at a time.

Just checking in today. Going on day 6 of no lies. It feels good to be doing this. It is pretty hard at times though to look at your loved one knowing you are telling the truth and to have them not believe you. I'm doing by best though and taking it one day at a time.

Today's my day off from work, and I've got a lot to do, so I'm hoping the freedom from work won't give me freedom to lie. I've been lie free for 6 weeks now, but I know I need to be strong. These check-ins definitely help

It's been a day but I'm just checking in. Going lie free still, feeling pretty good. It's hard at times though when people think no matter what you are lying. Taking it one day at a time.

Well I've lost the person that I lied to. Forever. She's gone. But I'm lie free. I just wish that was enough to keep me happy. For now, i'm sticking with it, don't really know why. But i am lie free

Just checking in. Still going lie free and feel pretty good. It's hard though some days when you are telling the truth and she still doesn't believe you. But I have faith and confidence that I can prove to her. I'm just taking it one day at a time.

Checking in. I miss her, and I want to show her how honest I am now. But she doesn't want to see those changes, and she said she wouldn't be able to believe them even if she saw them. Still lie-free
