The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

Me again, was uncomfortable while coming clean about everything i lied about in the past and was less than honest today, happy that i was able to backtrack and fully come clean, old habits die hard but relieving the burden is only getting easier, been honest for over an hour now.

Checking in this week was a breeze stayed honest and completed the month. Sticking to my goals and going fantastic note time to do it all again this month.

ppatel, thats awesome, i hope to be honest for a month soon. as of yet i have been lying every day since me and my wife discussed this issue. i have had the courage to backtrack on most immediatly some a little later. I think the thing i'm worried about most are the lies i dont notice because they are so habitual, any tips on this?
My wife is amazing and supportive of my recovery, so i know i can come clean. I am a liar.
