Checking in, okay I guess just back to work and trying to make some extra money to offset the summer since wife business is slow during this time. I just been keeping up and staying clean want to end the month smoothly and start a new one again with the same results.

Checking in. No lies here. Have been run off my feet with work. Have to be careful not to exaggerate when comforting others. I told my wife that I would have come home considering the situations she is in at the moment if I wasn't short staffed at work, but she knew it wasn't true.

Morning it's Steve and I am a liar. I have 2weeks of living honestly. I had a real recovery moment yesterday. My partner was raging at me and calling me a liar and other things. In the moment we were discussing a topic that I wasn't lying about. I held my ground communicated my point with confidence and moved on with the rest of my day. 2 ways I acted differently. I communicated honestly and after I didn't leave the discussion feeling horrible about myself because of everything I have done in the past. When I leave this way my depressive side takes over. Really grateful for all I am learning
