The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

Morning it's steve and I am a liar. I am going strong with 3weeks of no lies. Feels great. My relationship with my wife is still a struggle but not something I can control the timeline on it's in god's hands.

Hi, my name is joshua and i am a compulsive liar. When i was younger i used lying as a defence to get my self out of uncomfortable situations, from there i have lost so many friends and loved ones because of what i said. I always thought my self as someone who is kind and good but after seeing the pain i caused i realised i was far from good. Recently i have been controling my lies and i have to be honest, it hasn't been a success.

I guess all i want is someone to talk to, who knows how it feels. Because i know from there it would be easier to move on.

Checking in, just been working a lot going back home tomorrow, so far so good month started great and just trying to keep up with this week and end another one without lying. Just have to working on my goals and staying positive.

Checking in. All going well here. Have had a very busy week with end of financial year. Still a lot of drama's within the family, but personally I'm going well. Just have to support my wife ATM. Looking forward to the weekend approaching. Have a bit of work to do, but it will be good to be home for once.

Hi: Steve here and I am a liar. Been free from lying for just over 3weeks. Feel good, but still emotionally unstable given the status of my relationship. I hope my wife and I can re-build but I don't control the timeline. Really grateful for this support group

Hi I'm Kathryn and I'm a liar. I am really scared because my boyfriend thinks I lied to him. I didn't lie, I had every intention of telling him but something happened in my mind and I just didn't. I didn't tell him I was doing something else or try to cover it up, I just didn't tell him. I'm so scared because I wanted to tell him, I had every plan to. It was something I thought we could both be HAPPY about. It's like someone went into my brain and flipped a switch or erased a memo. I don't how to fix what I'm not even aware of. I'm so scared.

Checking in was a great day spent the time with wife monday was great start of the week without incident, only few days left then off to vacation for 2 weeks. It well be longest time wife and I well have spent together so I want to make sure I don't lie and cause a issue.
