Hi: Steve here and I am a Liar. Still sober for a week now from lying but having a very tough day emotionally because of my past regrets. thanks for letting me check-in. Struggling with my self worth

Checking in. My wife is still not talking to me unless she has to. She is of the belief, if I lied for such a small thing, then I'll lie over a big thing. Can hardly blame her for thinking like that... Also, even though she has seen much improvement in me, I'll just do it again. Agree again, I can see where she is coming from.

In my defence I have changed my ways dramatically, and whilst that has not quite been enough here, I believe that should stand for something. I just hope my wife can see this and feel better as she is going through a lot at the moment with other matters and she needs my help, but of course won't let me help...

Checking for day at work did a lot now just waiting so I can go home in morning tomm, can't wait since it fathers day well be good hanging out with daughter. Tommrow I'll finish and complete the week again without lying.

Names Corey. I'm a liar. Had a very difficult day yesterday. While I didn't lie, I let the control freak in me get the better of me, and now my wife is pissed at me, and threatening to leave. I keep repeating this pattern, and I can't seem to get out of my own way. Feeling hopeless right now, and worried I'm going to relapse into lying.

Fathers day is going great daughter naught gifts for me and got to cook on a new grill for the family things went nicely still got stuff to do we are going to watch movie and play games. So far so good and this ended nicely without lies. Tommorow I'll do it all again.

Checking in just rested today it was nice and hanging out with family and playing with dog. No lies so this week should go good.

Checking in. All is doing reasonably good with the wife. Talking to me again for the time being. She is having a very frustrating time with her family atm. Their is a lot of in-fighting re estates and powers of attorney's and it's causing her a lot of stress, plus her father may have cancer, so she is struggling.

I have to continue to be there for her to help her out through this time, and let go of any selfishness I might have.

Going good stayed honest today, so making sure I end the week and month without any lies. Just keeping up and working on goals other than that pretty smooth week ahead.

This group, a new therapist and meditation. So grateful. Hoping my relationship with my wife will get better, but I am powerless over that, all i can do is take care of myself
