Im Rafael and I am liar....i haven't been here in a long time but yesterday I had reminder on where i ended up before...so I'm back and i want to start over fresh

Checking in, just rested today basically since sick so not much going on things are okay just a rollercoaster when it comes to wife having to deal with her family. I am just trying to keep her calm and away from being depressed and trying my best to stay honest each day so far that is something I am keeping up.

Checking in things are good made it without lying, wife canceled work since she is sick. So I'll just try to take care of her. She wanted Korean food so getting that and probably hangout watch some shows together.

Day 9 of being real, listening, being more attentive, and watching what I say to others.

Checking in almost end of the weekday, going to finish off tomorrow and goto work. Made it without lying just got a keep it up everyday.

Checking in last day of the week made without lying, time to prepare for the weekend. I got a date with the wife its been awhile since both were busy, then I am off the work depending on how long the movie is.

Day 13 of being real, listening, being more attentive, and watching what I say to others.

Checking in what a day ended up not going to work, since the other business needed stuff so I had to help wife get bunch shelves and supplies. It was fun but long day now we got food time to watch show and unwind made it without lying and pissing my wife off so that's nice.

My name is Robert, I am new here, and I am a liar. Because I lied significantly and repeatedly and even after being confronted, about finances, to my wife, whom I love dearly, I have largely eroded her trust. She cannot tell when I am being truthful and when I am not. I am currently putting together a list of the lies that I have told her and the things that I have kept from her. If I am going to have any hope of stopping lying and saving my marriage, then I have to come entirely clean. And then stay clean. I have already told her most of what I have lied about, thankfully. Getting caught on a couple of things has given/is giving me the courage to be out with the rest. I am afraid though, afraid that after I come the rest of the way clean, that I will fall again. Sounds like the answer is diligence, carefully paying attention to what I am saying as I am saying it, slowing down when I get nervous, keeping a journal of lies I've told, telling people that I just lied after I tell a lie, praying, keeping positive and not letting myself despair. Glad to have found this forum. I wish you all very well. Folks, if you're teetering on the ledge of lying, remember, it will isolate you and leave you all alone with only yourself and the hurt that you have caused to others. The truth, on the other hand, will set you free, even though it may be messy at first.
