Karen I hope everything went perfectly today!

Everything went perfect. My blast thawed to the same perfect quality it was before it was frozen. The sonographer couldn't believe how full my bladder was and asked me several times if I wanted to pee a little but I said I've held it this long, what's a few more minutes?

The embie looked like it had a smiley face on it, and also looked like it had ears with earrings. The doctor and nurses were cracking up saying they had to keep a copy of the picture because it was so funny. I'm trying to post it now. Beta will be 3/4, not 3/7. And the dreaded tww begins!!!

Leah- when is your follow up, you've been constantly on my mind. I hope you are holding go up ok, but unfortunately I know how you feel. It will get better with time :(

Karen - congrats on a successful transfer it wasn't half as bad as I was expecting. Did you get any meds? I wish I had I was super anxious but went to acupuncture before and after it so that helped take the edge off. You will be one day ahead of me for your beta I go back 3/5. Are you doing additional hcg? I'm doing three more, one Wednesday, Saturday and Tuesday. I thought the shots would slow up but no such luck!

Barefeet- sorry I don't have any experience with donor eggs but good luck.

No additional HCG, just continuing estradiol and progesterone supplementation. I have a raging headache today which I'm sure is unrelated, but I obviously don't want to take anything for it so I'm off to a pretty miserable start to the day.

They gave me a Valium before the transfer, so that was nice. I've never done acupuncture before and figured yesterday wasn't a good day to start.

Thanks Leah- I can't believe it's almost Ben two weeks! Feels like two months, but I know I'm preaching to the choir! How are you holding up? I hope you have been able to find some sort of peace out of all of this, but man I know it can be hard! I keep reading over and over that the first time is a totally crap shoot and they are just trying to see how your body responds, so I'm praying that is the case. Did your doc want to do any dirtier testing? I've just been thinking about you lots too! Did you end up changing jobs?

Have you been having any symptoms? I'm cramping nearly constantly now which has me pretty concerned :/

Not really except killer boobs and very bloated, all of which could be PIO or hcg boosters :/ in my other three pregnancies I knew by now so it's totally killing me! It's right that if I am 12dp3dt that is really like 15 days right?

I literally would not have been able to do this without you two and owe you more than my sanity so thank you. I continue to pray for comfort and peace for you guys in this crazy journey. You guys were right, positive! I've been down this road though before and had my life ripped out of me, the rug pulled out and landed upside down (3 times!!!!) so we are apprehensively optimistic!

Got my second beta, it dropped.......... Nurse is being optimistic that it could be a vanishing twin bc my first level was high, me not so much, I know what this means. I have to wait until Monday to have next beta....... So sad
