One more week of birth control pills then another screen ultrasound on Monday to see if my cyst has shrunk & to make sure lining is good. Hopefully it will be!

Ugh so frustrated for you! I know nothing will make it better, but at least you don't have to wait an entire month!!! You are so right though, about things not working out. This entire process seems like a big s-show most of the time! It literally feels like one thing after another, and I'm so sorry! We have to keep the end goal in sight! I am thinking about you and fingers crossed that cyst gets smaller or vanishes!

Hey! It was today, and I start lupron on Sunday! To add to the shit list though, I got all my meds, but no PIO! I have learned to just expect that NOTHING will go right and am delighted when it actually does...... Which is never! Do you have to wait to figure out what meds your doing? Or do you know? I'm on a few different ones and not happy about the long needles!

How has your spotting been? Did it stop? I'm having weird yellow discharge and have to stay on bcp until next Friday, even though I'm also doing lupron, weird!, How are you doing? I've been saying lots of prayers to the fertility gods that your cyst is shrinking away!!

Yay for the plan!! I got (most of) my meds before the new year because my insurance changed.
I had a HUGE problem with my meds too!!! They sent it during our last cold storm and the water solution came frozen. So, I had to call and tell them I wasn't going to use meds that could have been compromised in the freezing cold! So? They did send me new, but made me feel like a schmuk. I'm not about to spend thousands of dollars on something and not have it work because of one drug!
The needles are pretty long, but don't worry because they don't always have to go completely all the way in. The only reason I'm not scared is because I am a nurse. Otherwise I'd be a basket case!!
So, my meds are:
Follistim, Lupron, Menopur, hcg, ganirelix and the progesterone.
Is this similar to yours?

That's crazy and so frustrating about your meds, I would have been super mad! As we have already said, it just seems like nothing goes right, but all you can do is add it to the list! I'm doing lupron, folllistim, menopur, Heprin, novarel ( hcg), vivelle dot patches (estrodial) and progesterone oil. Not exactly sure about why and when but that's what I've got!

What kind of nurse are you? I'm a special education teacher, so I hear you on taking days off. I feel like other professions are able to take an hour off here and there, or go in late, but I either have to take the day off or not go at all. We have been doing treatments for one year so I feel like work is getting sick of me being off so much, but we have to do what we have to do. Hope all is well in your neck of the woods!

Believe my luck or not, but I'm a labor & delivery nurse. How awesome for an infertile's job is that?!?!?
I try to tell my husband that the reason I hate pregnant women so much when I'm not at work is because I have to use all my fake "congratulations" and "it must be so hard to be pregnant and carry to full term" bullshit talk at work. It gets SO old.... But the hospital I work at is very small and I don't have the opportunity to switch departments. Which blows.
I'm sure you see your share of "the world is not fair" things in your job too. My mom teaches an SXI classroom and she has a few shaken baby syndrome children. It's so sad :(
But, the good news is, we're going to kick infertility's ass this month and be on top for once!!

We are def transferring two, if we get two. With the endo, it would be ideal if both stuck but I'm expecting that only one will if any :/. It's funny how your ideas of life and what you have always thought your life would be like. We always wanted many children, but that's probably not realistic anymore. Now I just want one, healthy child, just one! I'm anxious to hear how much you cyst has shrunk on Monday!

I'm literally living in my own personal Hell each minute at work... It's awful. I can't think of any job that would be worse than mine.
I always wanted 3 children too.... You're so right. One healthy pregnancy & baby would be the biggest miracle right now. I would be so lucky for that, too!

My cyst was much smaller today!!
I have tomorrow & Wednesday to take BC. Then off all meds for two days. Then 300u of Follistim and Menopur Saturday & Sunday. Then Ultrasound & bloodwork Monday!

That is amazing news! I'm so happy for you! I think I'm on the longest protocol ever!!! We are on bcp until Thursday then wait till I get a period for baselines, so probably about 7-10 days out before I start stimming (besides stupid lupron)!! But maybe only a few days behind you! So excited that everything worked out

Yay for the cyst shrinking! I just read this thread, you girls are so sweet to think of me!! AF should be here this coming weekend and then I start my Estrace. If all goes according to plan I'll have my FET on Day 20 and hopefully my lining will cooperate with the progesterone this time!
