IVF protocol for endo

Hi All
We are just finishing up our pre-IVF testing and paperwork to begin our lovely journey with IVF. I was diagnosed via lap with stage IV endo in September. Previously i have responded well to Clomid and menopur with iui's, in fact we got pregnant 3 of the 4 cycles, just lost them very early each time :(

I started bcp on 12/26 and am scheduled to start lupron 1/19 if all goes well. Just wondering what your protocols were, how long the cycle went from bcp to egg retrieval, and how well you did and responded to meds with the endo.

Thank you Katie, I'm still in shock. I honestly thought that this would never happen!

I can't wait to hear how your transfer goes. Last time the 3 of us were left broken hearted, and hopefully this time it will be exactly opposite!!

Thank The Lord, we had three eggs left, two blastocysts and one at day 4 so we went against transferring all three. Waiting until tomorrow to see if it continues to grown and if so it is getting sent to Iceland. Transfer went well! Beta 5/19! PUPO

I had my third ultrasound this AM (had a secret one last week with my OB while at work). The heartbeat was measured at 150 BPM and everything measured appropriately!! Thank God. I've been a basket case. We have been released to my OB and will get a maternal fetal medicine consult with ultrasound at 18 weeks!! Yay!!!

Thinking of you guys!! Beta soon for you Katie and another beta for Karen!!! Yay!!!!

Leah- So exciting! I can't believe your ed is 12/24 how cool! Now do you wait until 18 weeks for another!?!?

Karen- I wish this week was just over! I'm trying to make lots and lots of plans so that I don't sit on the internet, but that's not going too well! I also want this week to be over bc we only have 16 more wake-ups until summer!!!! I think since the weather has been shit so far this summer it doesn't feel like it should be summer yet, but heck I'll take it!

His recommendation to my OB was for frequent ultrasounds to monitor fetal growth. So- IDK what my OB will say, but she's actually my friend so I think she'll go with whatever I want. Lol. I'm finally enjoying an OB perk!
Side note. There's an obviously (5months ish) pregnant woman that works in my RE office. Instead of wearing a normal scrub top or lab coat like everyone else does there, she chooses to wear a skin tight baby bump in your face when she gets your vitals white shirt. Am I over eggagerating when I say I could have spit venom at this woman?
I was furious! She's done it two times now for my last 2 appts. I feel like I need to say something. It's SO wrong and she isn't considering the feelings of all the women she takes care of. It's so hurtful!! I can't imagine what I would have wanted to do to this woman if I wasn't pregnant at the appointments. Hormones or real feelings here?? Help!
