There isn't really a good reason for someone to just stop in the middle of the road to block traffic....if you're not comfortable driving, then don't.
Generally when someone says they haven't been planning something, I tend not to believe them.
As tough as it is to get out and do something....it usually helps because it gets your mind off of things.
Toughest part lately is before going to bed and then waking up because your mind is going 1000 miles an hour.

I'll either get bad or crazy thoughts or start to think and anticipate the worse, i'll wake up with a anxiety/ panic attack and takes a while to clam down.
