Just let it out, similar to a journal entry.   Will slowly let my story out here as some have suggested.  For today...



There isn't really a good reason for someone to just stop in the middle of the road to block traffic....if you're not comfortable driving, then don't.


Generally when someone says they haven't been planning something, I tend not to believe them.


As tough as it is to get out and do something....it usually helps because it gets your mind off of things.


Toughest part lately is before going to bed and then waking up because your mind is going 1000 miles an hour.

Hope everyone enjoys this beautiful Sunday, good weather, not so hot here. Queen are you out of the path of Beryl? I think we will get maybe an inch of rain tomorrow but it goes off east of here.

I am not feeling so great today. Like a little virus. Did a covid test, negative. Body aches, injured hip hurts, shaking, sweating, running nose. I've had this before... yuck. I have PT tomorrow and have to wake up and call and cancel I think.

Beryl is overrated, I agree… blessedly we’re safe down here in the TX Valley… a little wind and scattered rainfall for a little today in the evening… heard Houston, in comparison to the Valley, got most of the impact, but not sure how bad or how good.
