Just let it out, similar to a journal entry. Will slowly let my story out here as some have suggested. For today...

There isn't really a good reason for someone to just stop in the middle of the road to block traffic....if you're not comfortable driving, then don't.

Generally when someone says they haven't been planning something, I tend not to believe them.

As tough as it is to get out and do something....it usually helps because it gets your mind off of things.

Toughest part lately is before going to bed and then waking up because your mind is going 1000 miles an hour.

Funny how you read around and some stories bring back memories and get you upset

Then you find something to do and realize how backwards things were for those memories and you half put up with it to keep some resemblance of peace and in the end it bites you in the ass.

Yes, Life, I will say that sometimes I do think back and find clarity about stuff that happened or things I used to think. And once I get busy doing something, that old ruminating spell tends to go away. I would like to go outside this morning and water my plants but we have the mower guy here and construction work in the alley. Noisy. Irritating me. I already did some chores so probably need to stay calm and still to keep the surgical healing site calm and less painful. Sigh.

Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
