Just let it out, similar to a journal entry.   Will slowly let my story out here as some have suggested.  For today...



There isn't really a good reason for someone to just stop in the middle of the road to block traffic....if you're not comfortable driving, then don't.


Generally when someone says they haven't been planning something, I tend not to believe them.


As tough as it is to get out and do something....it usually helps because it gets your mind off of things.


Toughest part lately is before going to bed and then waking up because your mind is going 1000 miles an hour.

I believe a lot of people are upset about our economy and the government. Too many hate the other side. I had to say as much in book club again when a lady got going bashing the other side who she disdains. Doesn’t matter who the other side is, it’s the disrespect and disdain and blaming them for being alive. Drives me nuts. All your points are valid in my opinion, Life.

    I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying.  I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there.  I think that I will start writing in it again.  It's so therapeutic.

    Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job.  It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it.  Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown.  There was a full length mirror in the changing room.  I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like.  It was a reality check.
