There isn't really a good reason for someone to just stop in the middle of the road to block traffic....if you're not comfortable driving, then don't.
Generally when someone says they haven't been planning something, I tend not to believe them.
As tough as it is to get out and do something....it usually helps because it gets your mind off of things.
Toughest part lately is before going to bed and then waking up because your mind is going 1000 miles an hour.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

And I meant to say you make life easier as in meaningful and pleasant, besides my own words and feelings. You make sense.
Yup, the heat is on and I’m gonna love summer time because I have my own place to rest and cool off.
Life is a blessing for me. Drinking lots of water like my child mentioned. She doesn’t like the fact I walk to work in the heat, but it’s not our fault. God is good.
I try and think that and it only goes so far
