Just let it out, similar to a journal entry.   Will slowly let my story out here as some have suggested.  For today...



There isn't really a good reason for someone to just stop in the middle of the road to block traffic....if you're not comfortable driving, then don't.


Generally when someone says they haven't been planning something, I tend not to believe them.


As tough as it is to get out and do something....it usually helps because it gets your mind off of things.


Toughest part lately is before going to bed and then waking up because your mind is going 1000 miles an hour.

It's easier to say yes or no and change your mind to fulfill than to make an unfulfilling promise. However, God is the God of Commitment and Commitment is a Promise. God Keeps His Promises. Waiting on my God.

Ewww not me!! Thank God I’ve never have a drinking problem, in spite of loving to have once in a while champagne, wine, and micheladas.

I’m not sure but Al Anon is short term known for Alcoholic Anonymous.

I believe so! Good healthy decisions produce good healthy outcomes. I believe and know that one good decision and choice can turn if not change your life completely around for the better. But in a way it’s all a sequence of single decisions that will lead one to blissful prosperity and live presently in the moment.
