Hehe thanks lien :) it just feels SO much easier now. It's baffling. I just want this, unquestionably. Before I knew I wanted it, yet just not bad enough. I can identify the exact moment when the switch flipped, and it was while writing an entry on my thread. I'd just pulled a hair and had said "poor thing never had a chance" or something like that. That was the moment I became motivated. Its a slippery, scary thing, this motivation.

Ha accepting, yeah clients drive me nuts!!! Mostly because they're not designers therefore they ask for the impossible, and just don't have a clue. Which isn't really their fault! Stomping works, so does muttering.

Ugh my hair is pissing me off. Lately been getting major urges to shave it all off! I won't, but it just irritates me. I've always felt that way. I stroked an individual hair today and got an overwhelming urge to pull it out. Put hand down, breathed.. Ugh.

I was deep in thought and I allowed my hand to be in my hair. NAUGHTY!!!!!! I knew that I had to be extra aware today but I dud not heed my own warning.

I'm so sad, I was almost 8 days pull free :( Oh well, lesson learned. Upwards and onwards. And all that shite ;)

You can do this! What I say to myself for plucking is that I'm clucking my hair instead of my thoughts.
When I want to pull, I push.

Well the rest of yesterday went well, and so will today, day 1.

Argh, I've been wanting to shave my head too. I wish I had a cool artsy job where it was OK. I'm still pull-free, but barely. Hair is just driving me crazy during finals.
