I tried crocheting but I developed so much pain in my upper shoulders and went into face, so I quit.
I tried doing quilts but can't stand for long and cut fabric so it's little here and there.

Every time i experience symptoms of hyperparathyoidism I feel angry at my family doctor because of the years she wouldn't refer me to my endocrinologist! Then I will mad at my endocrinologist for making me wait until August to see her! I'm having horrible muscle cramps right now! In my arms and legs! A surgery could fix all of this but it looks like there are long surgery wait times! Sorry just needed to vent!

Yes but it made me smile. It's hard not to worry that my cancer isn't gone or could come back.

I am so upset now. I am having a hard time with my losses.We were going to go to the park again this next week and walk up the hill to the baby tree that we scattered some of Ava and Phoenix's ashes on. I hurt my thigh muscle and can't hike or exercise at all for another two or three weeks until it heals. I wanted to see that site. We let balloons go in the sky a few days ago but couldn't go up the hill then because my niece was playing and I was watching her. That was hard but I still love spending time with her. There is no way to tell how bad the sprain is but I need crutches right now if I want to get up the stairs any faster than a turtle can walk the stupid distance. I can barely walk on it it's so tender. I fell in such a way my leg lifted up and kicked the child rail in the basement. I was running because my stomach was upset and I was trying to make it to the bathroom. I can't believe I am going through this. It's a quad strain, usually an injury seen with football players or people who do karate. I am stuck in a recliner now, and my boyfriend thinks I should take crutches to work tomorrow and I don't want to be asked what I did again. I just lost two babies and the last thing I need is to be subjected to jokes about being clumsy. I'm in a lot of pain emotionally mentally and now physically. I'm so exhausted. I can't go in to work tomorrow like this. I'm too upset and in too much pain. I was able to actually exercise and really do some short bouts of physical activities throughout the last few days. Now I can't do any exercise for at least three days and getting into shape was supposed to be a way to help distract myself. I don't know what to do now that I'm having all these flashbacks and panic attacks throughout the day and have trouble getting up to the bathroom now. I can't move or breathe. All pain in any form reminds me of the intense pain I had when I lost them. It throws me into a flashback. It's like I'm feeling them again in the flashbacks. I miss them so much and am crying. Why did this have to happen? I am trying to get back into my clothes so I don't have to live with all the negative effects with no babies. It's a sad reminder. The hyperemesis destroyed my metabolism and I pick up a lot of weight very quickly and am finally starting to have it go down toward normal again. My blood pressure is way too high today. I took two new medicinesforthat now. I am so upset.

I'm sorry that you hurt your thigh muscle and have such a hard time getting up the stairs to go to the bathroom!*hugs* I know you don't want to bring the crutch to work because you don't want people to ask what happened but it sounds like you need the crutch to walk. I would just tell them that you fell and hurt your leg. That should be enough for them. Hopefully, they wouldn't be like your family making fun of you.*hugs* I hope that your leg heals quickly so you will be able to get exercise again and to go to the baby tree. I hope you were able to sleep!*hugs*

I would take that crutch to work if you need it...that way people can visibly see that you are injured

I'm still sad that I can't go to see where some of the babies' ashes were scattered. We have to hike to get to it. The doctor says I have to take it easy and use ice for a whole week at least because even though I did not have a break in my femur, I have torn muscles a few places in my quadriceps. I could possibly need my crutch for a week. I hope it doesn't take long to heal like things like this usually do for me. At work they expect me to hobble on a crutch four blocks or something to sign in and out when it's obvious I'm an asthmatic with ra and fibro pain you can see with my facial expression I'm obviously in a lot of pain and discomfort. I'm hurting so badly. I also had bad pain in my stomach comin home from the doctor. I commented about all this in my journal. I still miss my babies and am broken. I'm hurting quite a bit right now on the inside and the outside.

I hope you heal quicker too!*hugs* Do you mean it's a four block walk to sign in and out of work when you go to see the nurse? That's ridiculous! They see you're on a crutch. are having a hard time breathing and are in pain. They shouldn't make you walk that far!
