It was a big misunderstanding. When I emailed my surgeon's office with concerns I only wanted advice. My surgeon's office assumed I was asking for a sigmoidoscopy. I wish they would have just asked. We finally got it cleared up. I found out that I have osteoporosis again due to hyperparathyroidism. I haven't seen my endocrinologist since 2009/2010 because my family doctor wouldn't refer me because my calcium has been borderline high so she didn't think it was a problem! My parathyroid hormone level is 27. The highest it should be according to what I read is 5.8! I have to wait until August to see my endocrinologist because she's so busy. She's the only endocrinologist in my city.

Lol annette. I feel like I'm always sick or always getting over being sick lately. :( My throat is sore, voice is hoarse, glands in my throat are swollen, I've been sneezing and my nose is sometimes stuffy. This is how the infection in my trachea started out. I hope it's not that again! Of course my family doctor's office is closed until March 30th! :( It seems every time I'm sick her office is closed!

Darkness, you've had more than your share of "Not so fun to deal with." I hope it all turns around very soon. Ms. Annette, glad to see you still have your sense of humor. So, I have been gone a long time. Every time I get one condition just slightly resolved, a whole bunch of other painful, annoying, frustrating, expensive issues just have to join this ever so turbulent club. However, I'm working hard to not let it beat me up to the point I'm no longer recognizable. Okay, rant over.
So good to see you are still here.

Thankfully, my sore throat is gone. It must have been allergies. I wish they would have told me they would be closed this week. I know they are usually closed Wednesdays.
